| TEF-3, held in Rome in 2009, was a particularly successful edition of this series with over 200 participants from some forty countries. On that occasion the logo that has become the trademark of the TEF series was conceived. The TEF logo was created by Francesco Cubadda and Andrea Raggi (the technical assistance of Massimiliano Raggi is acknowledged). |
